How do I place an order?
Browse the shop, select a dress, choose your size and colour, add it to your cart, then continue through checkout and payment.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order lets you reserve a selected dress before it arrives in stock. The expected arrival date and remaining spots are shown on each pre-order product. You can pay a deposit today and the balance when your dress arrives.
How do I know if my size is in stock?
Pick a colour and each size shows whether it is available. Sold-out sizes are crossed out, and low stock is flagged before you add to cart.
Can I save dresses for later?
Yes. Use the heart button on any product to add it to your watchlist. You can find it any time from the Watchlist link in the header.
How do I pay for a pre-order?
At checkout, you choose how much to pay. You can pay the minimum deposit for each pre-order item, or the full amount if you prefer. The remaining balance is payable when your dress arrives — visit My Pre-Orders any time to settle it.
Which payment methods are available?
We accept M-Pesa and card payments. All payments are processed securely.
How can I check my order?
Open My Orders to view your order records and their current status. For pre-orders, visit My Pre-Orders to see the balance remaining on each item.
